Halloween Fun :0)

We took the boys trick-treating last night at our friends, the Yurisics' house. The weather was great for trick-or-treating and we all had a great time. Jack was so good about all the walking and didn't fuss once about eating candy along the way. He patiently waited until we were back at the Yurisics' and then had his 3 treats. I sort of wondered we had lost our Jack along the way and picked up this sweet, well-behaved child.:0) I guess he really can be a good boy (when he wants to be!!!).

This morning, we carved and decorated pumpkins. We ended up with a pumpkin vine in our burn pile from the pumpkins we threw out last year so we had plenty of our own pumpkins this year. Jason and I each carved a pumpkin, Carter got "take out the guts" duty, and Jack drew on his pumpkins with a marker. Here are pictures from our Halloween fun:

LOTS of Birthday Fun!!!

We are blessed with a busy month of birthdays in our house, starting with Carter's b-day on Sept. 17th. It's hard to believe that he turned 12 this year......one more year until the dreaded teenage years begin!!! Jack turned 5 years old on September 30th. I can't believe that my baby is already 5....time really does go WAY too fast. Jason turned 35 years old on October 19th, which concluded our month of b-day celebrations. It's always busy but, of course, so much fun!!! Enjoy the pictures of our celebrations.:0)
